Universal Metal Products is hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker to support our growing Pemberville plant. This is a high‑impact role on a stable team with long‑term customers, modern equipment, and a clean, organized facility.
What You’ll Do
- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot progressive dies
- Perform die setups, adjustments, and improvements to support production
- Complete precision machining, grinding, fitting, and assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints, tooling prints, and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
- Ensure tooling quality, safety, and reliability

- Experience with progressive stamping dies
- Strong machining, grinding, and bench skills
